User Generated Content (UGC): We collect the content you create, including Photos, Videos, Reels, Captions, Comments, and Chat Messages.
Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including IP address, device model, and operating system version for analytics and bug fixing.
Location Data: You have the option to add location tags to your posts manually. We do not track your real-time location in the background.

We use your data for the following purposes:
To create and manage your user account.
To display your posts, reels, and profile to other users.
To facilitate communication (chat and comments) between users.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
To monitor and moderate content to ensure a safe environment.

4. User Generated Content (UGC) & Zero Tolerance Policy
Social Connect is a platform for sharing moments, but we strictly prohibit objectionable content.
Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or hateful.
Moderation: We use an Admin Panel and community reporting tools to monitor content.
Reporting & Blocking: Users can Report any inappropriate post or Block any abusive user directly within the app.
Action: Any user found violating these policies will have their content removed and their account permanently banned without warning.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Firebase: For authentication, database, and analytics.
Cloudinary: For hosting images and videos uploaded by users.
Google AdMob: To display advertisements.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention: We retain your data as long as your account is active.

Social Connect is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
